The Challenge
Launch the US Team while connecting to the global organization and its Italian foundation. A top priority was executing flawlessly while ensuring seamless alignment with the global audience and the company’s history.
The Vision
Houndstooth Collective was tasked with designing and producing an environment that would establish the new US arm of the organization as part of the European-based company. We worked with key stakeholders to launch the vision and to establish goals. These included three areas of focus:
•Expressing appreciation to key company members
•Offering an opportunity to network with global counterparts
•Ensuring key training and launch elements were conveyed
The Solution
