National Meeting


The Challenge 

After launching commercial operations in the US and exponentially expanding its personnel in late 2019 and early 2020, whilst operating in a virtual environment the client needed to bring their team together for the first face-to-face company-wide meeting. Their challenge to Houndstooth Collective? Build an agenda and create an environment that encouraged interaction, fostered collaboration and fueled excitement for the next phase in the commercial journey.

The Vision

We knew the inaugural National Sales Meeting needed to be equal parts recognition of prior year achievements and immersive training to prepare for continued success moving forward. With excellence as our focus, we embarked on creative design, content development, production logistics, meeting planning and marketing amplification. Houndstooth Collective served as the catalyst directing vendors, guiding internal stakeholders and driving momentum throughout the planning process.

The Solution  

We knew every element and experience must be remarkable. Our team strategically crafted a week that included a rich mix of informative general sessions, innovative workshops, collaborative breakouts, value-based team-building activities and celebratory events – all with respect for the health and safety of our guests top of mind in the inspiring natural surroundings of Park City, Utah.
